ORCA & MRCA Service Summit

The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association is partnering with the Ohio Roofing Contractors Association for the first of its kind Service Summit. This is not just another snoozy seminar.  We have combined the top service consultant in the region, Tracey Donels of Service First Solutions, recognized safety consultant, Chris Paulin, and MRCA's Business Management Committee to provide a practical and personal approach to creating a successful service operation.

The day begins with a series of interactive sessions with Tracey Donels.  After lunch you can book a one-on-one appointment with Tracey to discuss your specific business issues. The afternoon will feature a brand new session from Chris Paulin focused exclusively on service safety from an owner/manager perspective. MRCA's Business Management Committee will unveil their new Best Practices for Service Guide and the day will wrap up with the most powerful tool MRCA and ORCA can offer their members: peer to peer learning from each other.
